Shipping Policy

Orders are placed directly with our team. Once your order is confirmed, it’s processed within 1–2 business days and you’ll receive a confirmation when it ships, including tracking details. Orders confirmed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates are confirmed with you when we process your order, based on your destination and order size. Estimated delivery windows:

• Standard: 3–7 business days
• Expedited: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not from the time the order is placed.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.

Availability of international shipping is confirmed before your order is finalized. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
