Returns Policy

We want you confident in your gear. Unused items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

To begin a return, reach out with the following:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return
• The reason for the return

Start a return from our contact pageand we’ll send return instructions and a shipping label where applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

The fastest way to exchange an item (for a different lure colorway, for example) is to return the original and place a new order. Reach out if you’d like help coordinating an exchange.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
